THE DP CORE

A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO EDUCATION

DP core is designed to complement the academic curriculum and enhance students’ personal and intellectual growth. It consists of three key components

Theory of Knowledge (TOK):

Empower your critical thinking skills as you delve into the nature of knowledge and explore how we know what we claim to know. TOK encourages students to question assumptions, challenge perspectives, and develop their own unique viewpoints.

Extended Essay (EE):

Delve into a research journey and produce a 4,000-word paper on a topic of their choice. The EE fosters in-depth investigation, academic writing skills, and a passion for intellectual discovery.

Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS):

Engage in activities that nurture your creative spirit, promote physical and mental well-being, and encourage service to your community. CAS empowers students to become well-rounded individuals with a commitment to lifelong learning and social responsibility

BILINGUAL DIPLOMA OPPORTUNITIES

Students who choose a Group 1 subject in a language different from their other courses may be eligible for the prestigious Bilingual Diploma. This special qualification recognizes students’ exceptional language skills and intercultural understanding.
